For more than a decade, I have studied the quiet language of the body. My work weaves Swedish massage, deep tissue, and subtle energy practices into sessions that feel less like a treatment and more like a return to yourself.
I was trained for a year by Martha Beck — Oprah Winfrey’s longtime life coach, Harvard sociologist, and bestselling author — and hold graduate-level studies in human sexuality and social work.
These foundations, combined with my apprenticeship to the ancient Norse tradition of the völva, allow me to hold space for deep release, nervous system regulation, and the slow remembering of wholeness.
In my small, warm Raleigh studio, the atmosphere is intimate and unhurried. This is not a clinical setting or a one-size-fits-all spa menu. It is my house, offered as yours — a place where your body is met with presence, skill, and genuine care.

This vocation started as a spiritual trek out of religious shame, and today gives me the freedom, power and sovereignty to be who I am.
I'm a trauma-informed and graduate-level, professionally trained coach, spirituo-SXual massage therapist who has trained in erotic bodywork and breathwork techniques, and I currently serve in Raleigh, North Carolina.
P.S. In Norse mythology, Freyja (pronounced like Princess "Leia"), was the goddess of love, fertility, and beauty. She practiced an ancient form of Norse magic and shamanism called Seiðr (pronounced "say-der"), focused on discerning, shaping, and weaving the threads of fate. Practitioners typically entered ecstatic trances for divination and healing. Like Freyja, who loved her aliases and her jewelry, I've been known by many: Masseuse, Massage Therapist, Dominatrix, Goddess, Sacred Intimate, Tantrika, but none has felt as fitting as hers.
